چکیده

In this present work, we study the observational appearance of Kerr-Melvin black hole (KMBH) illuminated by an accretion disk. The disk is assumed to be located on equatorial plane and thin both geometrically optically. Considering fact that outside innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO) flow moves in prograde or retrograde falls toward horizon along plunging inside ISCO, develop numerical backward ray-tracing method obtain images KMBH accompanying with for various spins, strengths magnetic fields, inclination angles observers. We intensity distribution horizontally longitudinally show profiles redshift direct lensed images. Our suggests inner shadow critical curves can used estimate field around a without degeneration.

Tilted Thick-disk Accretion onto a Kerr Black Hole

We present the first results from fully general relativistic numerical studies of thick-disk accretion onto a rapidly-rotating (Kerr) black hole with a spin axis that is tilted (not aligned) with the angular momentum vector of the disk. We initialize the problem with the solution for an aligned, constant angular momentum, accreting thick disk around a black hole with spin a/M = J/M = +0.9 (prog...

A Variable Efficiency for Thin Disk Black Hole Accretion

We explore the presence of torques at the inner edges of geometrically-thin black hole accretion disks using 3-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) simulations in a pseudo-Newtonian potential. By varying the saturation level of the magnetorotational instability that leads to angular momentum transport, we show that the dynamics of gas inside the radius of marginal stability varies depending up...

Accretion Disk Torqued by a Black Hole

If a Kerr black hole is connected to a disk rotating around it by a magnetic field, the rotational energy of the Kerr black hole provides an energy source for the radiation of the disk in addition to disk accretion. The black hole exerts a torque on the disk, which transfers energy and angular momentum between the black hole and the disk. If the black hole rotates faster than the disk, energy a...

Relativistic Effects on Neutrino Pair Annihilation above a Kerr Black Hole with the Accretion Disk

Using idealized models of the accretion disk we investigate the relativistic effects on the energy deposition rate via neutrino pair annihilation near the rotation axis of a Kerr black hole. Neutrinos are emitted from the accretion disk. The bending of neutrino trajectories and the redshift due to the disk rotation and gravitation are taken into consideration. The Kerr parameter, a, affects not...

Thin Disk Accreting Into a Black Hole

A numerical model of a steady state, thin accretion disk with a constant effective speed of sound is presented. We demonstrate that 'zero torque' inner boundary condition is a reasonable approximation provided that the disk thickness, including the thickness of the torquing magnetic fields, is small everywhere. It is likely that this conclusion is correct also for non-steady disks, as long as t...
